Low Crime ≠ No Crime

All around Singapore you will bound to see banner with headings such as "Low Crime Doesn't Mean No Crime". This is one of the way which the Police have adapted to create awareness of the current low crime situation. As all know Singapore has a relatively low crime rate, thus citizens tend to be unaware that crimes do still happen in the context of Singapore.

It is important that citizens be aware and not doing anything that might attract the criminals attentions to make you their target; wearing too many jewellery unnecessarily.
